Caffeine Curve

Caffeine Curve Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 24, 2026

Caffeine Curve is a caffeine-tracking app for iPhone made by Caffeine Curve. The short version: your data never leaves your device, and we collect nothing.

Data storage

Everything you log, including drinks, times, amounts, custom drinks, and your settings (half-life, bedtime, thresholds), is stored locally on your device. There is no account, no sign-in, no cloud sync, and no server. We cannot see your data, and neither can anyone else.

Data collection

The app collects no data. It contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking SDKs, and makes no network requests. Under Apple's App Privacy definitions, the app's label is “Data Not Collected.”

Apple Health

You can optionally connect Apple Health from the app's Settings. When connected, Caffeine Curve writesyour logged caffeine (as dietary caffeine samples) to your personal Health store on your device, so other apps you've authorized can see your intake. Caffeine Curve does not read any data from Apple Health. You can revoke this access at any time in the Health app, and the app works fully without it. Health data is never transmitted anywhere by Caffeine Curve.

Notifications

Sleep-safe alerts and morning summaries are optional, scheduled locally on your device, and require your permission. No notification content is sent to or from a server.

Data export and deletion

You can export your full log as a CSV file from Settings at any time. Deleting the app deletes all of your data, since it exists only on your device.

Children

Caffeine Curve is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app changes any of the above (for example, by adding optional analytics), this policy will be updated first and the app's App Store privacy label will be revised to match.
